I got bored of the poor tech trees and unit types of some civs. It would me much nicer if greeks, seleucids, makedonians would have some attacking infantry, not only phalanxes. I hate them. They are completely dumb units. Witk roman legions its much better.
i have Hadrian. I treid to do something with it, but it just made the game crash. I don't know whats the problem. I wanted to add some buildings and units to some civs (like some other light infantry to numidians, flaxmen or bastarne to greeks nad macedonians, also i liked mercenaries like arab cav and camels and no faction is able to train them). I wanted to make the game just a bit more fun and not so borring using the same units all the time. Could anyone give me some tips of how correctly use Hadrian or some links, where I could find some interesting mods.

Sad to hear your having problems with my editor, but I always like to help people in need of assistance, so I'll see what I can do.

By the sound of it, you only want to allow faction x with building z to build a unit that faction y can already build with building z.

This is pretty easy to achieve, though perhaps not instantly recognisable.

First, select the complex/building you want, then go to the "Capabilities" tab, then select the unit your after from the "Units" drop down box.
After selection, the "Factions" box should gain one or two entries, enter the name of the faction (or culture group) you want to build the unit in the text box below that listbox, and press the "A" button next to the listbox, now press the "E" under units dropdown box, then save and exit as normal.

I just did that myself and the game loaded no problems.

If you want faction x to build building z that faction y can already build, its even easier, select the building your after, go into the building tab, find the "Faction Requirements" listbox, enter the faction's/culture's name below in the text box, press the "A" button next to it, and then save as normal.
