    Default Mod File Structure Question

I remember seeing a post by Jerome about how RTW allowed a mod directory structure so that even a radical mod could sit side-by-side with the vanilla game but not overwrite the base files. (Sorry, I haven't found the link.) Is EB going to be structured in such a fashion? Or will it overwrite some base files?
