Edit: Oh, I see. As Stuie says, this is hardly original. As far as I know, no fewer than four different sources have come up with the idea independently. RTR will be including something like that in 6.0—unrelated, I might add, to the EB announcement, which our announcement preceded.

In the way that we are implementing it, it is quite different from the way implemented in RTR. We have far different objectives for it.What do you mean, "choose a form of government"?
