Small skinning problem, please help

Hi, I'm trying to finish my Spartan hoplite skin but am having a small problem.

It will be easiest to show you in a screen shot:




This is what I can see on my paintshop screen:


How do I make the white become transparent?

I am new to this so be gentle :8

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not very good with PSP (I use photoshop) so I can't give you instructions but you need to edit the alpha layer - white for bits you do want, black for bits you don't. Look in the guide and tutorials section for a guide to skinning.
