Hey Everyone.
Recently there has been abit of talk over who Tenki was recruiting after some recent events. So iam just going to share with you our new recruiting structure to show you what we are doing, and perhaps you may like to use it yourself.
We have 3 Regents in Tenki. They come to major conclusions and votes and report to me, The Damiyo.
Each 3 of these Regents finds themselfs an Apprentiance, it may take a while but they choose on the heart of the individual and the character he shows to the STW community.
If they player has not picked up the way of the game too well our Sensai's train him/her to the best of their abilitys and they are then, after a minimum 2 weeks of probation brought into the clan.
The 2 weeks allows us to see the Character of the recruit and decide wether they will serve us loyally and have respect for all players of STW.
I would just like to say, our 2 Newest Apprentainces, Yoritomo and Mouko are great examples of what Tenki should be like so if you see them in the Foyer say hi, they will be more then happy to chat.
Anyways, I was just clarifying our new ways.
