Where exactly can I find that Posting Rules box. I don’t see anything like that at the top left corner of my screen...?

Edit: Or is that meant to be the "Posting Permissions" box at the lower right of the screen?

I think it might mean the Posting Permissions in the lower right. We remodeled the forums once or twice but it has been a quite a while since the FAQs have been updated, so they are a bit out of date with some information.
