Default PETITION TO CA: Limit-free exe?

I'm no good at writing petitions, so perhaps somebody else could do it in an official way, but the idea here is simple: to petition CA to release, if possible, an RTW version without any hard-coded limits? I mean, is there reason for all these limits other than limiting PC requirements for the game? If that's the main reason, then I'm sure modders wouldn't mind getting rid of them. I hope at least some of the limits could be removed without too much work... at least, the most important ones:

    - models number
    - units number
    - provinces number
    - (recently discovered) buildings number

We know at least some of them can be changed, since we got units limit raised in 1.2 without problems. These limits seriously hinder our efforts in modding. I can speak for EB only, and we bump on those limits almost everyday trying to do something, I believe same thing can be said for other ambitious mods.
The limitless exe could be released as 'not supported' feature, so that it would be our, modders, responsibility for any bugs caused by using it, not CA's. But I believe we would welcome this deal anyway...

Not much hope there, but maybe something will move...

(and plz, don't litter this thread with requests for 'adding factions' feature, as it's not about removing limits, but about adding a whole new modding feature)
    I'm still not here

E-petitions, unfortunately, don't do a whole lot. A few people's willingness to voice their support for something doesn't relate significantly to sales.

(And on a side note, you do presumably have to have limits somewhere for these things—they could just be a lot higher than they are now. "Limit-free" is probably a bad term.)
