The patch...

Sorry I'm asking this question here, but this is the only place that I'm allowed to post for some stupid reason, anyway, I just re-installed the game after screwing up some gamefiles, and when I try to patch, it tells me that I'm already patched, but when I start the game it still says version 1.0, and I can't play multiplayer. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? I would appreciate any help here.

Try erasing the game directory and registry values related to the game. Then install the game, and run the patch.

If you want to play it safe, install the 1.1 and then the 1.2.

Download zipped patch instead of exe. It should be somewhere at twcenter. Worked for me, had the same problem.

TosaInu hosts one here on the Org ; I used it to solve the same problem yesterday .
The link on the entrance didn't work , but one of his links posted in the Apothecary did and thank crikey too !
