Question Modding City Icon on Map

I was wondering how I could turn the barbarian city icons into eastern city icons. I'm testing various theories, some UI related. Unfortunately what I want to do will effect all barbarians, but it's required if I'm to add stone walls and some new buildings I'm adding.

Anyway with any luck, I'll soon have a new faction made out of the Spanish, I figured out how to give them the two towns they're divided by, change the name of the faction, change the units they build, ect... Now I need to change their city type. It'll be the only change to the rest of the factions (aside from a city taken from the gauls and carthagenians) and it'll only be cosmetic, only effecting large barbarian towns and citys, it's all good :)

Ah, What I've gotten so far. I'm creating Istarians (from the game Horizons hehe) with mages who throw fire balls (Druids using a thrown burning heavy boulder) Elven archers (nothing special just got some basic archers to melee with bows) and I'm trying to figure out how to resize units so I can use Germanians and the like to make giants and dwarves. I kind of doubt I'll be adding any dragons or lizard men heh, would be cool if I could though.
