    congratulations DRB,

It was close. The kills don't do the game justice. We both fought out our guns and battle was even. Kill ratio was very much 50/50. During the hand to hand, DRB had his cavalry do the ever so important flanking and hit my left flank. Wasn't long that our hand to hands we down to minimal units and then my left flank broke. A chain reaction ensued and the rest as we say.... is history.

I would like also to thank Boromir for not only helping us get our site forum up and running but for also for mentioning this tourney while he did so.

Never in our wildest dreams did we as a clan would ever reach as far or as high as we did. Second place finish is far better than what any of us had ever hoped for. Thanks DRB for the good fight and Boromir for the recognition this brought the RTK Clan.

Well done to the finalists - great effort, and of course well done to Boromir for running such a tourney

Congrats to Magyar and the Wolves for having one of their own win the tourney.

Is DRB the youngest tourney winner ever ? or was masked younger ?

Masked was 13 when he won my tourney in December 2000. He's one of the best CS UK players now...

    well done drb

as for what i know, drb had fierce opposition reaching the europe final. as did mask at his time. mask and drb are both talented in skill, free of the burden we elders wear en have a bright future. although mask is missed in action.

we still have some wolves not winning a tourney yet like dareal and kocmoc....

Congratulations DRB, and hearty handshake to Elrich. Sounds like a well-fought battle. I guess the recorder idea didn't work out?
Be well. Do good. Keep in touch.

Hmm what should i say mag.
There is need for people winning, and there is need for people getting the winners to the level they need, to be able to win.

Battle was recorded, and is for download on the news section of the .org

After Terazawa-sama finally succesfully cornered me, Lethal DRB-san now holds the coveted Champion icon.

    Congratulations on my behalf too.

As ever I was away during the final.
Congratulations to DRB and also to an Honourable second place to RTK2Elrich.

I also wish to thank all participants in the tourney for competing honourably, and playing in the spirit it was intended.
Yes It did take a little while but It got finished and a few matters can be addressed before the next tourney.
The Idea was to basically let the tourney run itself with minimum administration.
To a certain level it succeeded.
Again well Done DRB for winning the world final.
Plans are in place for the next one....
