Yes, you would have to set it manually (in preferences.txt), and there is just a unit scaling factor, or something on that order, so you might need to experiment with it to find the number that you want.

Your help have been very valuable.

Be aware that changing the preference.txt file works for MP too: only the host needs to have the modded unit size, and everyone plays with it.

Well you have to edit preferences.txt manually...
