The great thing about the net is it brings people from other nations together nationalism is not a good idea....unless you have trouble with another language then thats ok...but still it is best to have a nice blend..some of the nicest people in STW are Dutch....so if you do try you wont have a hard time...but please consider an open clan...it is much better to cross culture and nation...you learn so much more..

I know...just wanted to start a clan ,and build it up, but the timezones are a bitch when trying to play online... the only times I can normally play online are the weekends (late-evening), otherwie there'll wont be any other people online...

Time zones are a poor excuse..since your in line with ALL of Europe and only 1 hour ahead of UK..

to start a clan it is best to listen to the veterans about how...and make friends first..maybe even join one and get the fell for it.....80% of clans die in a month 99% within 6 months...so careful.oh and their are 'clan killers' so you have alot of research to do before you make a clan.worth the effort

Single nationality clans can work very well too...such as Luna Rossa, especially if you want to do most of your communication in your native tongue.

Yup! I'm Dutch also and so is my wife (huh?)

Furthermore AggonyCougar and Katsuchiyu are Dutch also.

Aggony isn't a Dutch clan, we have members from all over the world...and that's great!

The only disadvantages are time zones and language...both not a real problem.

Yes Rath as pointed out, on a language level it seems better for some..but it seems Mith has mastered English....I just feel that we all gain if we have multi nation clans..

On a more serious note, you might like to consider joining an existing clan before trying to form one of your own.

There are people around who will take advantage of you by posing as friends when they have none of your interests at heart.

Be careful, ok?

We've seen many Clans come and go, often due to this poser problem.
