Default House rules to reduce effects of loadgame issue

Here are some house rules, which could help you keep game more fair against AI.

-Play loaded turn normal as always, but don't use diplomacy
-In next turn after reload don't do offenseive action:
    a) If you are seiging the city don't assault, just maintain
    b) If you have armies in enemy territory either don't move them or move them back to your territiry (this includes starting seiges or assaulting unwalleed cities)
    c) Don't move new armies in enemy territory.

    Good?

I try to avoid saving if the AI have sieged my cities.

And I try to rally at same turn, if I really need to save game.

I'm just starting a campaign, after a long layoff, with the following concept,
on reload: don't to anything at all for current turn and next 3 turns. ie skip 4 user turns. This way, if you can only fit in 2 real turns for a session, then the AI at least has had 6 turns and it should make some difference.
Any seiges you have started prior to reload let them contine, otherwise you'd never get a seige finished.
If a user city is being beseiged then do the rally on the first turn, before the AI gets to lift the seige.
Any diplomacy attempts by the AI ignore on the first turn. Maybe even the 2nd?
Building: maybe only initiate happiness constructions in those 4 turns?

    Any expansions to these ideas?
Maybe send any land armies back to friendly territory on 1st turn?
User Naval blockades: clear these on first user turn?

Haven't done my first reload in the campaign yet. That won't be for a day or two when I next have time so get your suggestions in now!
