    Default What determines the faction order in the turn sequence?

    Bit of a noddy question this, but here goes:

    If I wanted to change the order of the factions in the turn sequence is it just a matter of moving them around in descr_strat or is there something else? Is there any way I can change the order sequence in the middle of a game or is it saved with the save game?
