Other than that, Home of the Underdogs has a LOT of great and enjoyable abandonware games (games that are no longer sold/supported/acknowledged by publishers, and thus is legal to distribute for free unless noted by the publisher). Plenty of great war games if you dig around. There are six pages worth of war games, and plenty more strategy games.
