As I understand, the more men your guys kill, the more valour they get. But as your valour gets higher, you have to kill that many more to increase further, right? My question is, does the valour gained from a generals command rating actually make it harder for your troops to gain additional points? So in smaller skirmishes against an easily beaten enemy, would it pay off to maybe not bring a general with a high command rating?
