"As Souness said, luck clearly wasn't with is. We would've won if we didn't have those injuries, especially Dyer. N'Zogbia had to play the last 20 minutes with a broken collar bone!"

    I didn't know you're a Newcastle Utd fan BKB!

You are right about the injuries, however Sporting played without 3 1st team players as well, and have to recover from 0-2 agg!

    Best wishes for Newcastle

    see ya

Cisse back, Luis Garcia on top form, Stevie Gerrard, well, just being Stevie, possibly the best back four in the Premiership in Traore, Hyypia, Finnan and Carragher, plus a little sprinkle of Milan's magic in the last third?

I've supported Newcastle since 1990 and i love them but they need to win something! I'm not looking forward to sunday, unless a bolt of lighting hits the whole man u team before sunday i can't see newcastle surviving against them.

I wouldn't count Traore that good. He heading the ball against his own post and tried to score with the follow up. Luckily for Liverpool Dudek saved it

I want Liverpool to beat Chelsea. It just isnt right with that obsene amount of money (Abramovich makes so much money every hour..think it's 5 million)

I read that he stole all his money? If he goes back to Russia, he would be arrested? That's just what I read.

They won the fairs cup(old uefa cup) in 1969 but yes it has been a long time. I would love to see them win something in my lifetime! But in order to do that fat needs to be trimmed and i can see loads of players leaving this summer.

Robert, Butt, Kluilvert, Ameobi(the biggest waste of space since the back four of 95/96 season) and a host of others haven't been good enough and deserve to get the boot. I wish Shearer would retire to be honest and i can't believe he is staying on for one more season. He was great but he is old now and can't even outrun a exhausted tortoise. He needs to hang up his boots and a new era needs to be on Tyneside

yeah, but they will soon be the number one in Holland , just wait and see

And great to hear that someone from Rotterdam can actually be for Ajax, great man, always thought that was nearly impossible
