    Can you? If it is already somewhere in these forums can someone please direct it to me?

    You can all units faster by adjusting the movement modifiers in descr_battle_map_movement_modifiers.txt (however this leads to a certain amount of sliding).

    As for speeding up individual units, I'm not sure. Probably have to redo the animation.

    You can do it by assigning in the descr_model_battle.txt a fast skeleton (for example fs_fast_swordsman). I tried it and works.

    The best way to do it is with Vercingetorix's AnimPacker utility, which you can download here. It's way more time-consuming if you want to speed up or slow down all units by the same amount, but otherwise you need it.
