    Default idea: Emerging factions

some factions didn't exist in the start of the game. like parthia emerged in 250 bc. why don't CA implant emerging factions like the swiss in MTW.

Good but how would they emerge? would the provinces owned by the selucids (wich the parthia are was at that time) just revolt or would the Parthians emerge with an army?

they spawn with a army and some provinces will, join them (read revolt against the province owner). or they'll spawn with army and immediatly sack a city. i think CA is smart enough to think a answer for the faction will not immediatly be eliminated after the first turn

Yes, historical campaigns and reappearing factions, as well as bug and AI fixes and slower battle speed would make R:TW a much better game than M:TW (even despite some historical inaccuracies *cough* egypt *cough*). As it is now, M:TW is slightly better than R:TW imo.

BTW does anyone think my new signature will have any effect?

That might be nice to have. Say once your empire is big enough. Say some of your more unruly provinces rebel back to a certain faction and are led by a scruffy upstart(a, la huns, goths). Egypt could start out Ptolemaic, get crushed and later reemerge with Pharoaic(?) units.

Another cool idea would be for brigands to be invisible except for the damage they cause and have arcani units move around to apprehend them maybe in cities. It'd be neat to have them be agents or military units depending on how you want to use them.

I agree. I would love to have a Hannibal Campaign - but for that they would actually have to put some work into Carthage and "build them up a bit" as they say.
