Just wondering

I recently got a PM .
It said that my behaviour was unacceptable . Fair enough .
It said that though I would not recive any penalty for my behaviour I should consider myself warned .
Yet now I find that I have a warning level without notification and the modrerator whom I assume issued the warning has said that they will not enter into a discussion about the issue .
It is quite ironic as the topic concerned words that a person had not used and my warning was about words that I do not recall using except when they were a direct quote from another poster , in which case they were in the same "####" format as the other poster used .
So I must ask , is my warning level a result of my posting style (probably long overdue) or is it because I questioned a Moderator ?

That's your number of warnings, including PM only ones. If you had any warning levels, they would appear below that.
