    yeah you're right abvout that, it's really irritating though,
    I mean they are you'rr SLAVES they don't have any say in the matter...

    Yes, but provoking war in RTW is not that hard. You just need to either regularly send in "irritating" parties into their territories, and "weaken your immediate border with them. Better yet, place your annoying army on an important mountain pass within their control (and connects a part of their empire to another) like the Tarsus pass. They'll attack soon enough, and your protectorates will side with you, inevitably.
