Hi again folks, sorry to be so bothersome but your 1.03/.05 versions sound so good, I'm dying to play them!

About Statswapper, TosaInu has a file called 103 which when downloaded says, on my desktop, this: StatSwapper 2.0Z.exe which is 40kb.

I downloaded Statswapper from Shambles's website, which is larger, much larger. Which is which? What does what? Does TosaInu's version get patched to Shambles version or not?

I think the smaller one is the original swapper. Back when Kas held the 1.03 tournament, which was using 1.03 (requiring a swapper), many peeps were having trouble getting it installed correctly because that one is simply a self-extracting zip file and you must put it in the right place before extracting the files, or the swapper will not work properly. Also, it did not include the Choice.com file, because it was developed before that file was needed.

To solve the problem so many were having, I modified the original, packaging it in an install program. The install program streamlines the installation such that, as long as you put it in the Shogun game folder (the main one) before running it, it will put all the folders in the right place, and also put the Choice.com file where it needs to be. It also put an icon on the desktop for easy access. The installer allowed me to put present instructions viewable during the installation process, while the self-extracting zip file had only a readme.txt file, which many didn't read until after they'd tried to install it (and many installed in the wrong place). I also cleaned up the interface a bit so as to make it easier to understand how to operate. My guess is, Shambles has the version I modified on his site. The installer makes the download file bigger, but the actual files that comprise the swapper should be about the same. Operationally, provided you install the original correctly, they are the same in function.
