thats because you shouldnt learn the words but the grammar... the grammar sux, they say they will translate the words and thats what they do... they wont translate grammar... and dutch grammar isnt the most logical in the world...

I know well German and I read some text in Platt Deutsch. I mostly hard understand anything...
What I noticed is great similarity with Dutch? Is this true?

yes although some words look like eachother but have an other meaning. Though it's not very hard to see what the dutch word approx. means if you know a german word which is similar

I know there are similarity between German and Dutch as I know basic Dutch. But Platt Deutsch seems to be much more similar with Dutch at least for me.
