This looks like an interesting fantasy mod, Abokasee.
But you know, since this is your own idea, it will probably be best if you yourself made it. You know how the mod is supposed to be already, in your mind - and that's a great start!
If you think it's too hard to start modding on your own at this time, maybe you can just spend some time here at the forum, read some posts about how modding is done and such.
I'll bet you'll find modding easier after a while, just take your time and make the changes you want for RTW one step at the time, not rushing it. If you run into trouble when you're modding (for example a crash to the desktop and such), just put a post up in the appropriate forum in here, and I'm sure someone will help you out.
