Centurio et Signifer

Hello,

Does anybody know which files to mod so you can give centuriones and signifers to the Roman units that actually should have them (for example, why do the Legionary Cohorts only have a signifer?) More officers would make armies look a lot more colourfull. I remember someone mentioning this in a thread before, but I do not remember where. Thank you.
