I've been wondering if the primary color or secondary color somehow is partially altering the main colors. Or if a sample of a section of the image for the banner determines the color it will appear as. Quite frustrating as I've tried the brightest yellows and they still come out as a bluish gray when a blue-primary-colored faction uses the icon on their campaign map banner.
