i dont understand your question. Diplomats can bribe enemy armies already so wot is it that you want them to do???
The only thing i can think of is that u want it so that when u bribe an enemy army u get all the units instead of them being disbanded???is this wot u want to know???

lol sorry didnt read the title properly hehe my mistake well in that case i dont think this can be done i thought all the diplomatic options were hard coded forgive me if im wrong.
