See that little box up the top with Google next to it? See how there are buttons underneath, one being WWW, one bieng Forums and the other being Sites?

Use that, with the Forums button.

This post should help with explaining apparently unprofitable cities.

Bottom line is that your biggest cities often appear to be making a 'loss' - it just means that they are being charged a larger share of your total costs. However, if they are well upgraded, they should be able to generate a larger share of income to match.

If you're consistently losing money overall, then you've probably extended your army beyond your means. Either make that army earn its keep by capturing more settlements to generate more income (and then you'll see a reduction in the apparent 'losses' in your existing cities); or if that's not an option, disband those elements of your army that are sitting on their glutei maximi.

    Good luck!
