Sweden, Khazar, Sicily, Lithuania, Antioch, Constantinople, Venice, Flanders for sea trade. Edessa and Armenia for land bound trade. Portugal and a couple of others (Tripoli, Khazar, or Egypt maybe?) get more trade goods as the game goes along. You should be able to find the information in the economics section of the MTW Guides Section.

You can also download the "mtw info pak" which contains a graphic chart of all provinces, resources, trade goods, etc.

There may be some errors, but here's a List as far as I can recall:

    3 items:
    Antioch: Gems, Silk, Spices
Armenia: Silk, Spices, Gems (Land Locked)
    Constanstinople: Dyes, Grain, Silk
Edessa: Silk, Spices, Gems (Land Locked)
    Flanders: Silk, Wool, Grain
    Khazar: Hides, Honey, Wax
    Lituania: Butter, Hides, Wood
    Sicily: Silk, Grain, Sugar
    Sweden: Fish, Furs, Wood
    Venice: Silk, Wool, Glass

    2 items:
    Anjou: Silk, Linen
    Brandenburg: Linen, Grain
    Cordoba: Silk, Hides
Denmark: Butter, Fish (which together with grain and salt from Saxony should give you the ability to fry fish. Why thats not a separate tradable good when you achieve this, I'll never know.)
    Egypt:Cotton, Ivory
    Kiev: Grain, Linen
    Livonia: Butter, Wood
    Lorraine: Linen, Pottery
    Naples: Silk, Olive Oil
    Northumbria: Wool, Fish
    Norway: Fish, Wood
    Novgard: Furs, Wood
    Poland: Grain, Wood
    Pomerainina: Linen, Grain
    Portugal: Wax, Olive oil
Tripoli: Cotton, Sugar, later on I think Silk, Spices also

    1 item:
    Aquitaine: Wine
    Bohemia: Linen
    Brittany: Linen
    Bulgaria: Grain
    Burgundy: Wine
Castile: Silk (I would have added Soap, personally)
    Champagne: Grain
    Crimea: Grain
    Finland: Furs
    Friesland: Wool
    Genoa: Silk
    Greece: Silk
    Ile De France: Grain
    Ireland: Wool
    Leon: Wool
    Mercia: Wool
    Milan: Silk
    Moldovia: Grain
    Morocco: Hides
    Muscovy: Furs
    Nicaea: Grain
    Prussia: Wax
    Ryazan: Hides
    Saxony: Grain
    Silesia: Wood
    Smolensk:Wood
    Swabia: Wine
Syria: Gemstones, Later on I think Silk, Spices also
    Touluse: Silk
    Tuscany: Wool
    Valencia: Silk
    Volgabulgaria: Furs
    Volhynia: Wood
    Wessex: Wool

Why Sardina doesn't have sardines, I'll never know...

The value of the land depends on the value of the goods, which is as follows:
    dyes 50, gems 50, spices 50

    furs 40, glassware 40, honey 40, ivory 40, silk 40, sugar 40, wine 40

    cotton 30, grain 30, hides 30, linen 30, olive oil 30, pottery 30, wool 30,

    butter 20, fish 20, salt 20,wax 20, wood 20

I think it'd be interesting to invent your own goods. For instance: Rome, Malta, and Ile de France (Notre Dame) could all have Crosses or Religious Paraphernalia as a tradable good, or some of the Novgard lands could have Brides to trade. Just a thought.

How do you trade over land? I thought you can only have local trade in land locked provinces.

land locked provinces are limited to trading with adjacent provinces. Coastal provinces can trade with any other province you can reach by ships - thus providing MUCH more income.

Hey, good stuff with the brides in Novgorod :D ..... I would have added more trading goods like Chocolate in Switzerland, Grain in Wallachia(I'm from Romania, I know very well :D ) , Horses in Spain(Castille, Leon....), Beer in Germany(I'm currently adding this to my own mod :D....) and other great trading goods.....

Very good ideas except that they are completely anachronistic

Why don't you add Saab cars to Sweden when you are at it?

Well, I don't think anyone would know how to drive them, and even if they did where would they find petrol?

I suppose I could add Oil to some of the African nations...

But then again, I'd probably just mod the game to make a 'Saab' unit. That might be kind of fun.... I could imagine a bunch of Saabs driving around the battle field, chasing down routers... And you could dismount them for a unit of 'Middleclass Businessmen'. Yes, I think that's an idea for my mod... in Swisserland on high you can build Saab Cavalry. Maybe in Germany I'll throw in some old Volks Wagens. And France could get the Peugeot... etc. etc.

And then I would have to make a new unit of diplomats... 'The Chaufer.' You could drop your other emissaries, princesses, spies, and assassins on them, and then they would move at 4x their normal movement rate.
And maybe even your assassins could get bonuses when using 'the chaufer'... for doing 'drive bys'!
