Imagawa gave up Suruga, and I destroyed his border forts, I now have 751 Koku. I set the taxes to 75%, because:

Rebels have appeared at Suo, with a larger army than I have there. I send all my troops from Aki to Suo in order to defend and hold it, meanwhile I train 60 yari sam. in Aki to repel any R&R attack from Bingo.
My attack on the Imagawa wasn't good for my diplomatic status, both Uesugi and Shimazu chose his side, I have no allies left! I send my emissary to Hojo for an alliance.
I train 60 sam. archers in Kai for the war with Imagawa. I leave only 60 ashi's at Izu, because Imagawa's troops in Shinano will probably attack me in Kai or Suruga. When he does that, I hope rebels conquer Shinano, because then he has only Totomi(hard to defend) left. Next turn will be pretty exiting.
