Skip army setup phase from replays?

Is there any way to skip the setup phase when viewing a replay?

I want to know that too, because it is incredibly annoying.

That is definitely something they should have added, the option to chop out the startup part. The replay should start when the battle begins and the units are ready to go. Why we need to fast forward through a completely uneventful and tedious section is beyond me. I can't see how important for the replay to work properly it is that every single micro-second of gameplay has to be recorded before the battle even starts.

Yep, another half-assed feature. I can't figure it out either. I give up sometimes over thinking a battle al l the way through and just hit start because I know every microsecond is recorded. It seems they stand there longer on replays than during the setup, too.
