I'm sorry. Really I am. But after my dad came back from Italy after WWII, after spending years fighting the Germans with the Canadian Army, I really thought the Nazis were gone.

This is so ******* sad I can't even begin to tell you.

I can just imagine what people who are new to this board think when they see garbage like that.

"Look ma, another neo-Nazi, white supremacist site."

Granted we enjoy a multitude of viewpoints here, which leads to a rich, lively, and thoroughly enjoyable conversations, but do "we" really want to be seen like this?

My beagle Bundy, recently passed away.

Aside from that, I can't stand having icons on my desktop.

I'm trying to find something I use reguarly enough to chuck it into my quicklaunch, to get that stupid off balance look corrected.

Before Hitler the NAZI Party was just another run-of-the-mill Fascist party.
Then Hitler took over. You can't blame Heß for Hitler's work. Heß even tried to surrender to England.
He's clear of any crime in my book.

Besides, I'm not a Nazi. I am proud to be white, and proud of white folk and mythology, and nordic stuff, does that make me a nazi? Quite the opposite. The nazis, after Hitler took over the party in the late 20s and early 30s, became nothing more then a bunch of racist peices of shit. Before that, they were just another anti-communist, nationalist party. Much like the Falagists in Austria (my political beleifs are in line with the Austrian Fascist/Falagist party http://www.falangist.com/ ), they beleived thier nation was the best. Then Hitler came along and f***ed everything up. Sorry for having different political beleifs then you.

Question: If I form a political party, some nutjob takes it over and kills ten million people, hypothetically, am I the guilty one?

If you are actively and knowingly supporting the nutjob and even in hindsight consider it the right thing to do - yes, definitely.

EDIT: I guess this is now not really Frontroom stuff anymore. If you feel like discussing Rudolf Hess in an civil(!) manner, please start a thread in the Backroom to avoid getting this one closed

No more Nazi discussion please, or I'm going to have to move or close this-something I don't want to do, because I think it's an otherwise good thread.

Don't you people worry, you've given me good entertainment, watching my thread fall into the almost certain oblivion that was closure.

I don't even really like Nokturnal Mortum that much, but it's a wicked album cover.

"Shrink"? What "Shrink"? Never ... uhm .. heard of this.

    Oh ... that "Shrink".

I use that only for ... uhm ... data security purposes

Darn ... and I thought I was already clever when I removed the Taskbar that would have betrayed the naughty websites I visit...

PS: jokes aside, I indeed use Shrink for purposes that would not be legally problematic

    I assumed as much.

To tell the truth - I didn't know ... until now (great, now I'm a criminal for finding a way of making legally purchased DVDs run on my DVD-player )
