I've been having milk more lately, mostly due to the presence of those cookies from Costco with M&Ms in them, but Scotch will always be the drink of choice for bedding and breakfast.

I like milk and drink it, albeit not too often or regularly. Going to bed, I don't, because it's a hard nut to crack for my gastritis stricken stomach. *burps* But I have a habit of drinking a lot of water before going out or going to bed.

I drink alot of water before bed as well, since I started doing this last year its worked wonders. Infact I only drink water, maybe some milk during the week but not much.

Lactose intolerance causes even the slightest bit of milk to instantly turn to quite powerful methane gas, which in turn causes Mrs ichi to stab or kick me until I get up out of bed and go sleep on the couch. I wake up bruised and fatigued.
So, no milk before bed.

ps the same lactose intolerance means that on those days when I'm feeling mean and must be in the company of people that I don't like, I can go get a Stabucks venti Latte in the morning and smil all day long

I don't drink milk before going to bed. Does it actually help one go to sleep? Or anything else for that matter, aside from sleeping pills or some controled substance?

Oh, and except from the mushrom with white dots, milk probably made those vikings as great as they wore!

Can't remember the last time I had milk without it being mixed with something else. I prefer cheese before bed.
Sometimes, after a night out, a banana and some water... lots of water. I treat bananas as medicine... they do pretty well.
