Cronos Impera is back. I will try the unthinkable. I will try building a mod that tracks the expansion of the Ottoman Empire through south-eastern Europe.I think that MTW and Citadel Total War treat the Balkans superficially.The time has come for a new mod.A mod that will shake the very perception on the Balkans and Central Europe. It is a shame for me to accept that the Romanian independent states ware a side-story for Europe and world history.It's time for a "Balcanic Total War" mod. It's purpose is to follow the struggle of Wallachia and Moldavia, two states sitting at the crossroads and sandwiched between the east and west, the Danube and the Dnestr, the Turkish scimitars and the Austrian swords.

For start I've chosen the following factions

Moldavia = Dacia
Wallachia = Thrace
The Crimean Hanate = Pontus
Russia = Scithya
Hungary = Germania
The Hapsburgs = Britannia
The Ottoman Empire = Senate Faction
The Golden Horde = Gaul
Poland = Carthege
Venetia = Egypt
The Principality of Transylvania = Spain

Good luck, but I am afraid some mods are trying in some way to re-create the same - especially OiM TW

Through no fault of our own... thanks to the 20 faction limit... oh well.
