I've been having milk more lately, mostly due to the presence of those cookies from Costco with M&Ms in them, but Scotch will always be the drink of choice for bedding and breakfast.

Man, I can only imagine what you take in the mornings to wake up then....
I´ve read recently that the best thing nutrition-wise to take before going to sleep is Cottage cheese, a banana and something with fiber like an apple or an oatmeal.

Same thing, but with double the scoops of Gatorade powder, a bit of Coke, and double the sugar. An mebbe some French vanilla cap. At 3:30 pm, about8/9 hours after brekkers, my dad said he could hear my heart racing from halfway across the kitchen.

I like milk and drink it, albeit not too often or regularly. Going to bed, I don't, because it's a hard nut to crack for my gastritis stricken stomach. *burps* But I have a habit of drinking a lot of water before going out or going to bed.

I drink alot of water before bed as well, since I started doing this last year its worked wonders. Infact I only drink water, maybe some milk during the week but not much.

Lactose intolerance causes even the slightest bit of milk to instantly turn to quite powerful methane gas, which in turn causes Mrs ichi to stab or kick me until I get up out of bed and go sleep on the couch. I wake up bruised and fatigued.
So, no milk before bed.

ps the same lactose intolerance means that on those days when I'm feeling mean and must be in the company of people that I don't like, I can go get a Stabucks venti Latte in the morning and smil all day long

I drink milk if im Hungry and have run out of cash to buy any more food! I also drink it after rugby practice as i never feel like eating after running around. i dont really drink before i go to bed. sometimes a glass of water, sometimes large quanitities of alcohol if its the weekend!

Can't remember the last time I had milk without it being mixed with something else. I prefer cheese before bed.
Sometimes, after a night out, a banana and some water... lots of water. I treat bananas as medicine... they do pretty well.
