Tykell, it's very easy to misunderstand a coincidence as being attributable to some specific cause. I doubt I can convince you that there's no reason to consider us at fault, but subjective validation in an uncontrolled environment with a small if not tiny sample size is not useful for evaluating correlations in chaotically-distributed data (okay, I like big words). I can tell you, at least, that I am what amounts to the RTR public relations guy—I read tons of people's thoughts on RTR every day—and I have never heard anyone complain about this before as being RTR-specific.
