Can anyone please tell me what "Bismillah in Rahman a Rahmin" means in Arabic, if anything? My brother's nutty histroy teacher assigned it as a vocab word. She also claimed that she was once shot in a black market, but an Arab cut open her chest using a plastic knife and gave her a heart massage, so I wouldn't be surprised if she made this up.
