    Anyway
    Hight 5'10-5'11 (depending on what convience store im leaving)
    Weight - 210-220
    Bench press - Not sure
    Press Ups - Not sure
    Sit ups - 24 in a minute when I'm tired (2 hrs sleep night before up since 5), and stuffed full of nachos.
    Mile - 15 mins same condition as sit ups
    Pull ups - prob none

    Or better yet, a nacho eating contest...I have never won one against anyone in my class and against you I think that trend may continue

    So which convinience store makes you shorter?

    7/11s tend to be more on the 5'10 side while Wawas are usually around 5'11

    Oh and I'll add that almost every sport team (track included) has tried to recruit me this year, and I might join Varsity Track next year (javalin)

    Personal bests
    Bench press........145 kilo
    Squat.................170 kilo
    Deadlift ..............200kilo

    100m ( back in the day ) .....12 seconds
    All fond memories these days

    So how long ago was that? Yesterday? My best is yet to come (I am 14, so if I don't have any major accidents I have a lot of space to improve) and what is a deadlift?

    Before you were a twinkle in your father's eye

    Deadlift is where you grab hold of the barbell from the floor and stand upright with it. It is one of the three powerlifts

    My 40yd time is 5.46, would that be around 11.6 seconds in 100m? anyone know?

    I would say about 13 s, but thats off the top my head.
