Why would they want you for the 1500m? I got the idea from a previous post you're not the next Paula Radcliffe

Deadlift is where you grab hold of the barbell from the floor and stand upright with it. It is one of the three powerlifts

I would say about 13 s, but thats off the top my head.

110 yds is about 100m, you may speed up in the middle to flat out (most peopledon't apart from sprinters, real sprinters in my experiance) so I'd give you a time of around 12.8-9 seconds? that's slower than a boy in my class...British superiority!

why Jav? I'd always thought of that as a non brute force sport as I am quite good at it...you may have got the point I weigh very little and despite being able to bench my weight etc, I am not going to be challenging for Shotput anytime soon, I am 3rd best in my year at Javelin which is plain weird...I like it
