Wow One thing, perhaps that cross is just a tad big to be held one handed?

well yes... large crosses/banners like this would usually be placed on a cart. but there is no way to do that in RTW (chariots cant be limited to 1 per unit, siege weapons can be left behind without taking away the morale bonus). So I thought the best way to do it is with a standard bearer. Lets say the cross is stuck in the ground and he just has to hold it up :)

Hmm is this mod trying to be like medieval total war : rome total war edition?
never played medieval so it would be fun playing it in the rtw-engine :)

    great job!

it uses MTW for inspiration (especially concerning battle gameplay), but not much more.

Is there a SP campaign or just custom battles and MP?

    Good stuff. Really.
    I look forward.
When there will be a final release?
Where it will be possible to load?
What period is captured? Whether there will be a late gothic?

the latest beta does not have a campaignmap, but it is being worked on

When there will be a final release?
    hopefully during the summer

Where it will be possible to load?
    sorry, don't understand the question

What period is captured? Whether there will be a late gothic?
from 1072 till about 1500. Starting and ending dates might still change, but there will be gothic units for sure.

    This looks amazing!!

Can we have some Byzantine Pics? I would love to see some Varangian Guards stomping over the field!

A MTW with RTW graphics could be the best game ever!!

this MOD looks very promising. i have been testing the mod with some friends from the .commie forums. and the battle system is very good too.

    can't wait for it's release.
but the cross is a real thorn in my eye, i also think it should be smaller or slimmer. i wouldn't mind if you skipped it too.

if you can't depict it properly, you might aswell leave it.
