I'm talking about social fabric, not backgrounds. What were they doing there out of school, out of uniform, out of a job, apparently out of watchful parents, alert coppers, etcetera? Oh, and they're out of biographies, too. We lack any detail about their identities. For all we know they may have been the Baroness' own £90 grand nephew and his toff friends doing a 'Prince Harry' on that funeral procession.
