    Default need help with units

    hi,
does anybody know how to give units to a different faction from where it came from? e.g. Hoplites to Briton
    thanks in advance
    When I was a child
    I caught a fleeting glimpse
Out of the corner of my eye.
I turned to look but it was gone
I cannot put my finger on it now
    The child is grown,
    The dream is gone.
    I have become comfortably numb...

    hi there

Im new to modding too, but I think you need to change:

export_descr_unit and under the entry hoplite add 'britons' to the last line

export_descr_buildings make the hoplite buildable by the Britons, can copy the greek entry and the paste and change owner greek_cities to britons

the units files. You need to unpack these files with an editor you can download and then give your new unit a unit card and description. You can copy this from the greek_cities folder but it will be the same colour as the Greeks. To change this you need paintshop pro.

    Hope this helps
