Milan, Genoa, Venice and Savoy I think are a good start. This covers the area of teh map that we have.

We just need to agree on if we want any other included also.

Having a quick luck, I think these factions will be enough to cover the period. We can start them off in 1328 with a small empire each and allow the other provinces around them to be rebels, thus they will have time to develop into them.

I will spend a little time now trying to redraw teh map to improve what I have for the Swiss empire and northern Italy. Once that is complete I will number the provinces and then maybe if anybody is interested they can then start to create the gaming map.

Finished the list of leaders of Savoy and Milan.

From what I have found the other 2 states, Venice and Genoa, were ruled by councils under a Doge, I was wondering if anyone had any more info on this?
