Gawain you were a roadie? Teach me, oh wise one..
I still am. I thought you all knew that. I work the Nassau Collisium and Jones Beach for instance. Im not really a roadie but a stage hand. The big bands have a travelling crew but each venue has its own crew that knows the building. Mostly their the bosses and were the workers. We unload the trucks and set up all the equipment. They just tell us where to put it. When its all over we take it all down and put it back on the trucks, off to the next show for them and we wait for the next show to come here. One of the first bands I worked for was Ten Years After with Alvin Lee. A Hreat guitarist you dont here much about anymore. I also worked with Chicago. Mariah Carey of course and the Moody Blues to name a few. Hey did I tell you I saw the Beatles at Shea

Holy smacking! You worked with Ten Years After AND Pink Floyd AND the Moody Blues?!?

    "Rasafrasa-mumble-mumble......."

I think it's only fair that you regale us with tales of rock shows past. And don't spare the dirt!

Ten Years After is really good, though I admit I only know them from the Woodstock movie.
    And Beatles at Shea?
And no, I had no idea. Thats.... awesome. Um, what sort of qualifications are they looking for?
