Otto von Bismarck. He was happy with Germany as it was and didn´t want to go and conquer more, like some stupid men who came after him.

I'm my own idol. As Chesney said "I am the one and only, nobody I'd rather be!"

If you can find anyone that is better than me at being me, do tell.

P.S. Sorry if my quote is incorrect , it is because I translated it from russian , not rewrite it from english.

No-one. No single has appealled to me, to my interests. My idol is the image of what I want to achieve, and image outlined in my imagination. A senior Army cavalry officer, Peer, cabinet minister, publican, laird. A mix of those 5.
It was not theirs to reason why,
It was not theirs to make reply,
It was theirs but to do or die.

I think I need to correct myself, Otto von Bismarck was a "nice" guy, but he´s not my idol. Of course I had to say that here because of Franconius´ reply to my statement here.
I didn´t even have an idol when I was a kid, never really liked Batman and all the other heroes.

Well the closest thing to an Idol that i have, although not really an Idol but more of a role model is Engelburt Dollfuß, Chancellor of Austria until his death in 1933(?).

Heinz Guderian for his military genius and professionalism or Erwin Rommel for his military genius, professionalism and brave political stance that cost him his life.
