    Cool Knights and Kings - Total War

    Hello people, this mod is about the dark ages to the renessiance (medieval included) and will be different than others(i hope). Knights and Kings is a modification project of xmoddx® ( i just like to put that "®" lol), well here are the member list:

    Great News Guys!!!

    We got some units done with no bugs, thank god! They look good in my opinion REAL good!
    Textures (2d design) credit to Will_119 and 3d modeling (3d design) credit goes to killerxguy(me):

    Norman Feudal Knights (check out their flag on the spear!)


    Foot Knights(the yellow sword dude to the left) (same model goes for castille, france(the blue to the right) and some more..but this is a Holy Roman Empire skin)


    Spearmen (those spearmen are the light and unarmoured kind of spearmen, Holy Roman skin)


    Catapults(Medieval catapults, very unaccurate against infantry ! )

    The swordsmen are a little too bright imho, otherwise its a good effort

    A fix on the brightness i also made the helmet and mail a bit darker

    hey Will119 im gonna make a new cape to the model soon...and btw i didnt show u the catapult how do u think about it?

    hmmm I think the sword hilt looks too big on that model

    We need to make his skirt shorter to fit that photo i showed you

    Yea resizing the the sword needs to be done also.

    Okay ill do that, ill also make the skirt shorter.

    This is the wrong place to ask this but if anyone knew if adding a cloth collection in a RTW model would make the object i want to be cloth, if not how do i amke cloth to move in-game?

    Great stuff. I represent Crusader: TW and I admire your units. If you would be willing to help us out, I could help with scripting and history, even movie intros. What do you say? We'd appreciate any help.

    Honestly i think we could help but should still focus on our own mod for the time being.

    That's understandable. Although, your units would be great for Crusader: TW and you could help us finish faster. Then, we could help with this mod too.

    The mod leader says your help would be appreciated. He'll contact you with terms. Basically, we need knights and lesser crusaders like peasants, crossbowmen, and men-at-arms. Knights from the Holy Roman Empire, France, and England are needed. You have some of these guys done already, but feel free to create them however you think is best. Check the Crusader: TW forum for references.

    Well then you came to the right place because that is the only units i know how to skin are Germanics,French,Brits and other euro countries.Question what attires does he want for the units there regular dress or the crusader type of dress.?

    Crusaders must have a Cross on their clothing. As long as the Cross is there somewhere, the skin is fine.

    What exactly are u best at in coding as we need AI, getting animations ingame(ill make the animations but i dont know how to get ingame), making effects using text editing(like making voice clips play when this certain effect happens), changing factions into certain cultures and and a little more.

    The more you could do in the above stuff the more we could help u (like the more things you guys can help us in the more we can help u in skinning and modeling)

    Yes.

    !!UPDATE!!:New arab units are done, also some Norse (viking) units are done such as huskarls.
