or you could just save the trouble where money is concerned and mod the faction treasury in your descr_strat file before you started the campaign.

it is add_money 20000 and for cheats go to www.cheatcc.com you can only use the add_money 20000 cheat 1 time

Or do what pezhetairoi said, and go to your descr-strat.txt files and pick which faction your going to play and change the amount of money you want to 99999999. That way, you never have to worry about money again.

Well to do the money like 99999999 money you first go to data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign/descr_strat after you open that file you should be able to see something like this

playable
there will be three romans faction listed there

just scold down to "start of campaign section" there you edit the denari from 5000 to 9999999999 I hope that help :)
