Anyone else ever play Myth: The Fallen Lords?

Back in High School I played Perfect Dark on the N64 for 3 years without ever getting bored of it or completely finishing it (the game was amazing for its time. Great graphics and awesome replayability with the multiplayer), so that would probably be my favourite game of all time. However, M:TW is coming close. I bought it and VI back in October 2003, and I'm still nowhere near bored of it (the XL mod has greatly revived my interest in it).

Another favourite is Age of Empires 2 and its expansion. Great for multiplayer, and nothing better when you get together with 7 mates/clannies and have a fun time. Playing that game really brings back high school memories of late school nights :).

Tribes 2 is probably my favourite game. It's basically a gigantic internet free-for-all, with jetpacks and guns and vehicles. You're supposed to play capture the flag, but most games descend into two hour long fragfests, where both teams keep killing hundreds of people trying to get their flag back, suffering hundreds of their own losses in the process. The game is old (released sometime in 2001), but i still like it and have been playing since 16th February, 2002. If anyone has this game, my name is currywurry and you'll find me on the =Rebels= Katabatic server, where the main killathon games happen.

Yeah, I had to play the last level so many times! I once got to the hole where you threw the guy's head and my dwarf died as he threw it! The head landed a foot from the edge!

I had to replay it, but finally beat it after that try.

If you liked myth you just HAVE to play Sacrifice. Brilliant game with a nasty sense of humour, great story and the best music to ever grace a game. You won't be dissapointed. And if you are I will be dissapointed, and I am known to get violent when that happens.

I voted other, by which I mean Lords of Midnight for the C64.

At least I think thats what it was called. It was like a text based game but with pictures, and you controlled multiple characters and had to wander around recruiting more. They could all split up and you had to protect a citadel, you could win by storming the enemies main citadel or sending this little geezer off to grab the "Ice Crown" and throw it in some lake but he always got leapt on and killed before he could get more than a few miles (or leagues as they were in game) and I could talk about this game all night.......

Anyway my games save feature didn't work so I had to finish the whole thing in one mammoth 20 hour sitting - I'm suprised I didn't die. Anyway nuff said - Lords of Midnight for the C64 (or possibly Lords of something else) gets my vote.
