    Default Modding special skills?

    Is it possible to change the values and effects of special skills like Screeching Women or Chant? Or even Warcry? For instance, bumping the morale bonus?

    Nope, that stuff's all hardcoded.
    Epistolary Richard's modding Rules of Cool
    Cool modders make their mods with the :mod command line switch
    If they don't, then Cool mod-users use the Mod Enabler (JSGME)
    Cool modders use show_err
