Well if you have the patch for unlimited cheat code then you will be able to use it as much as you like. However, if you don't have though, the cheat can only work one time and if you want to type it again then you must quit rome total war and turn it on again.

or you could just save the trouble where money is concerned and mod the faction treasury in your descr_strat file before you started the campaign.

it is add_money 20000 and for cheats go to www.cheatcc.com you can only use the add_money 20000 cheat 1 time

Or do what pezhetairoi said, and go to your descr-strat.txt files and pick which faction your going to play and change the amount of money you want to 99999999. That way, you never have to worry about money again.
